You may pay for your order with any of the following methods:
Promo codes can be applied in the basket or on the checkout page.
Once you place an order, your specified payment method will be charged.
Next day delivery is available to customers residing in Ireland once an order is placed before 4pm from Monday to Thursday.
We ship to three shipping zones as follows:
Ireland: Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
United Kingdom: England, Scotland and Wales.
European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
The transit time for your order depends on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. For further information please click here.
If your packaged has not been received within the provided delivery estimate – do not panic. Delays can generally be attributed to carrier delays, logistics or poor weather.
However, if your order has still not been delivered within 5 working days subsequent to the delivery estimate, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact us page here, or email us at [email protected] and our customer service team will assist you.
Yes! Each of our products has its own respective size guide. We have measured each garment by hand to ensure you get the perfect fit. You can access these size guides by navigating to the Size Information tab on the product listing.
If you wish to edit an order, it must be cancelled and a new order placed. You can cancel an order by navigating to your orders here and selecting the ‘Cancel‘ button beside the appropriate order. However, once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Prior to dispatch, you can track the status of your order by clicking here and entering your order number and the email address associated with your account. Alternatively you can navigate to the ‘Orders‘ section on the My Account page here.
Once you order is dispatched, you can refer to the enclosed delivery tracking details in your disptach confirmation email to determine the progress of your delivery.
At checkout, you can choose to ship to an alternative address to your billing address. If you have placed an order with the incorrect shipping address, you must cancel the order and place a new one.
You can return an item by completing the enclosed returns note with your order and returning your item to the specified address. Alternatively you can download another copy by clicking here.
You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend you choose a tracked service for any returns.

Following receipt of your returned items, refunds take up to 10 working days to be reflected in your account. However, most refunds will be received within 5 working days.
Yes! All products can be exchanged for an alternative item or size. However, you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend you choose a tracked service for any returns.
All returned items must be received by Verdois within 28 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
