We are an ethically sourced children’s clothing firm offering a range of products with materials including Cashmere, Dupont™ Sorona®, Eastman Naia™, Merino Wool and Organic Cotton to provide a healthier and more sustainable future for the children of today. You may only purchase products from Verdois if you:
- Can legally enter a binding contract with Verdois.
- Possess a credit or debit card that Verdois accepts.
- Hold authorisation to use that credit/debit card.
- Reside in a country that Verdois delivers to.
We accept payment by debit card or credit card processed by Revolut or PayPal. The following card types are accepted: Visa, VISA Electron, Maestro and Mastercard. You must pay for your order in full including delivery charges.
Upon submitting an order, you should receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order is only accepted following a pre-authorisation check, which ensures there are adequate funds on your card, and the payment method has been debited. This constitutes the formation of a contract.
You may be able to cancel an order prior to dispatch. However, you cannot change an order. The order must be cancelled, and a new order placed. Your order is subject to product availability and confirmation of pricing.
From time-to-time products or promotions may be priced or described incorrectly. Should we discover such an error with a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible with the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel and obtain a refund. Should we not be able to make contact with you, we shall cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Depending on your order value and delivery option or location, delivery costs may be applied to your order. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout and included in the basket ‘Total’.
We reserve the right to alter the prices on this website at any time without notice. However, these price changes will not affect previously placed orders.
Before submitting your order, you will be provided with delivery options which vary in price and duration relative to the delivery address.
We endeavour to meet all stated delivery schedules. However, occasionally, delays may occur due carrier delays, logistics or poor weather.
If there are any problems with your delivery, please inform us within 30 days of the date which your order should have been delivered and we will assist you. We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
The product images displayed on our website and advertising channels are for illustrative purposes only. The product received may vary slightly from these images.
If you return a product for refund within 28 days after delivery, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Following receipt of your returned products, refunds take up to 10 working days to be reflected in your account.
We do not accept returns for products after the returns period stipulated above. If you attempt to return a product subsequent to this period, we may return it to you at your expense.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any products. We advise you to use a service with proof of postage.
All products must be returned in original condition and packaging with tags. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to offer a refund and may have to return the product to you at your expense.
If we detect an unusual pattern of returns activity from you, we may have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Intermittently, we may offer Coupon Codes that you can apply to your basket to reduce the price of the specified products. It is your responsibility to enter the relevant code during the checkout process.
Points to Remember:
- Only one Coupon Code can be used per order.
- Each Coupon Code has its own terms, which are illustrated at its time of issuance.
- Unless expressly stated, Coupon Codes cannot be applied to purchase of Gift Cards.
- We reserve the right to decline to accept any Coupon Code that is invalid for your order or that has expired.
If you are provided a unique Coupon Code, solely intended for your use, please ensure it is not disclosed to others. Should we suspect misuse of a Coupon Code, we reserve the right to cancel the code, and/or suspend or close your account without informing you.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Should the gift card balance not cover the total order amount, you must pay the remaining balance using another payment method accepted by this website. Alternatively, if the order value is less than the gift card balance, the difference will remain on the gift card for use during your next purchase.
When purchasing a gift card, ensure that the correct email address is included. Should this be entered incorrectly, and the voucher is delivered to another individual, a refund cannot be issued.
We reserve the right to invalidate any gift card where fraud or misuse is observed.
